Global-object exposure via misoptimized GetBoundName lookup

Object-binding error in Firefox and Thunderbird allows remote attackers to expose a bare global object through crafted JavaScript. The GetBoundName inline cache treats the global object as an ordinary native object after BindName returns it, attaches a normal getter, and passes the bare global rather than the WindowProxy expected at the security boundary. Exploitation requires user interaction with script content and JIT optimization; Thunderbird disables scripting while reading email, limiting exposure to browser-like contexts.
