Cache poisoning via omitted URL matrix parameters

Improper input validation in Apache Traffic Server 8.0.0 through 8.1.11 and 9.0.0 through 9.2.5 allows remote attackers to poison cached content. The cachekey plugin builds cache keys from the URI path and query but omits semicolon-delimited matrix parameters, causing distinct requests to share a cache entry. Exploitation requires the cachekey plugin on a caching proxy and lets unauthenticated network requests seed content that later requests receive.
