Authenticated file read via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in KasmVNC 1.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to read session-accessible files through its built-in webserver. The path validation in common/network/websocket.c checks for literal ../ sequences without first decoding the URL, so encoded dot segments bypass the directory boundary. Reachability requires valid credentials and standalone KasmVNC; Kasm Workspaces sessions are not exposed, and access does not exceed the session user's file permissions.
