Command execution via unescaped dbpath shell metacharacters

Command injection in htags in GNU Global 6.6.12 and earlier allows attackers to execute shell commands through an untrusted dbpath. The htags command-building path inserts the -d or --dbpath argument into a shell command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires attacker control of the database path supplied to htags, and injected commands execute with the privileges of the htags process.
