Authenticated project disclosure via PCOM password reset

Authentication bypass in Unitronics Vision PLC before 9.9.1 allows remote authenticated users to read password-protected PLC projects. PCOM opcode 0x42 resets the Upload Password when specially invoked, defeating the check that blocks project uploads. The PLC must expose PCOM and contain a burned project; successful exploitation discloses that project without its upload password.
