Transient denial of service via malformed BTM element

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon WLAN firmware allows remote attackers to cause a transient service interruption via a crafted BTM ML IE. The parser processes a Basic Service Set Transition Management Multi-Link information element even when its required per-STA profile is absent, reading beyond the available buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must reach the WLAN processing path; the reported consequence is a temporary availability loss only.
