Kernel memory corruption via unlocked fault-list traversal

Use-after-free in Qualcomm Snapdragon KGSL fault handling allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through crafted GPU operations. Fault-report routines traverse a context's fault list without holding fault_lock, allowing concurrent cleanup to free a node before it is dereferenced. No privileges or user interaction are required, but local access to an affected device and a controllable KGSL GPU context are necessary.
