System crash via premature A6xx GPU cleanup

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.1 through 6.9.3 allows local users to crash systems during A6xx GPU initialization. When speed-bin setup fails, a6xx_destroy calls msm_gpu_cleanup before adreno_gpu_init assigns gpu->pdev, so platform_set_drvdata dereferences a null pointer. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access, an A6xx GPU, and a speed-bin setup failure; the bounded impact is a kernel crash with no reported data exposure or modification.
