Kernel memory corruption via reordered queue state

Memory corruption in the Linux kernel allows local users to read and write kernel memory through concurrent block-cgroup I/O. In __blkcg_rstat_flush(), a read of bisc->lnode.next can observe a concurrently added stat node when the lqueued write is reordered, corrupting the local list. A low-privileged user in a non-root cgroup-v2 blkcg can race block I/O against io.stat flushing, causing kernel-memory disclosure or writes and a hard lockup or panic.
