Stored XSS in Apache Allura 1.4.0 through 1.17.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through neighborhood settings. Apache has not disclosed the exact setting field or rendering operation that fails to neutralize the stored input. Only neighborhood admins can store the payload, and another user's browser must render the affected setting for script to run in the Allura origin.
