Cross-site scripting in CodiMD before 2.5.4 allows remote attackers to steal a note viewer's cookies through a shared malicious note. The notebook renderer's sanitizer allowlist permits the name attribute on iframe elements, letting crafted markup shadow document properties through DOM clobbering. Exploitation requires a user to open the shared note; injected script runs in that viewer's browser and can read session cookies.
