Unauthenticated image disclosure via unprotected predictable URLs

Missing authorization in CodiMD before 2.5.4 allows remote attackers to read uploaded images through unauthenticated HTTP requests. The filesystem image backend serves uploads without access checks and retains Formidable filenames whose hexoid generator combines Math.random() prefixes with incrementing suffixes. An unauthenticated upload reveals the active prefix, enabling enumeration of earlier image URLs and disclosure of images from private notes.
