Observable response discrepancy in IBM Storage Defender Resiliency Service 2.0.0 through 2.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate accounts. The agent returns distinguishable errors for invalid usernames and invalid passwords, exposing whether submitted account names exist. Low-privileged access and repeated network login probes are required; the disclosed account validity supports targeted password guessing but does not itself expose passwords.
