Service interruption via unbounded TLS handshake queue

Resource exhaustion in affected Apache Tomcat releases allows remote attackers to trigger an OutOfMemoryError through crafted TLS handshakes. SecureNioChannel and SecureNio2Channel repeatedly queue pending handshake wrap work without a bound when crafted transitions keep SSLEngine in NEED_WRAP. Exploitation requires an enabled TLS connector and the affected handshake behavior; the resulting heap exhaustion interrupts request processing on any platform.
