Privilege escalation in Brainstorm Force Spectra Pro 1.1.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create Administrator accounts. The registration-form builder permits Author-level users to select Administrator as the default registration role without enforcing the required capability boundary. Author access is required, and submitting the resulting registration form creates a new account with full site-control privileges.
