Cross-site request forgery via ignored token failures

CSRF in Moodle LMS 4.1.10 and earlier, 4.2 through 4.2.7, 4.3 through 4.3.4, and 4.4 allows remote attackers to perform user actions. Affected handlers called confirm_sesskey() but ignored its false return; the patches replace those calls with require_sesskey(), which stops invalid requests. A victim must be signed in and induced to submit a crafted request, and resulting actions run with that victim's privileges and depend on the affected endpoint.
