Meeting join URL disclosure via missing capability check

Improper access control in Moodle LMS through 4.4 allows remote authenticated users to obtain unauthorized BigBlueButton join URLs. The mod_bigbluebuttonbn get_join_url web service called meeting::join_meeting after context validation without verifying instance::can_join(). A valid Moodle account and access to the web service are required; exploitation discloses a meeting join URL for an activity the account cannot join.
