Remote code execution via HTTP/3 stream race

Use-after-free in ASP.NET Core in Microsoft .NET 8.0 and bundled Visual Studio releases allows remote attackers to execute code over HTTP/3. A race occurs when an HTTP/3 stream closes while application code writes to the response body, allowing freed stream state to be reused. Exploitation requires an ASP.NET Core application serving HTTP/3 and precise timing; successful abuse executes code in the application process.
