SYSTEM privilege escalation via unchecked CLFS decode failure

Improper input validation in the Windows CLFS driver allows local users to gain SYSTEM privileges through a crafted base log file. CClfsBaseFilePersisted::WriteMetadataBlock ignores a ClfsDecodeBlock failure, leaving sector tags encoded and corrupting internal CLFS structures. Low-privileged local code can use the resulting pointer corruption to change the current thread mode and rewrite its process token.
