Local privilege escalation via truncated license blob

Out-of-bounds reads in Microsoft Windows CLIPSP.SYS allow local users to disclose kernel memory through a crafted license blob. The DeviceLicenseInstall path trusts the size of a type 0x1 license entry and dereferences truncated data without verifying the expected 4,100-byte length. Exploitation requires NtQuerySystemInformation access and a bypass of the license signature check; disclosed kernel data supports elevation of privilege.
