Stored XSS via unsanitized Social Icons attributes

Stored XSS in the Social Icons block of Essential Blocks for Gutenberg 4.5.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The block serializes user-controlled link attributes into saved page output without sufficient input sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, and the script runs in a visitor's browser when the affected page is opened.
