Arbitrary file write via root-relative archive paths

Windows Compressed Folder path tampering in Windows 11 22H2 and 23H2 allows remote attackers to write files via crafted archives. The zipfldr.dll extraction path joins a temporary directory to an attacker-controlled root-relative archive name; std::filesystem::operator/ discards the temporary directory and resolves the output under the system drive root. Exploitation requires a user to open or extract the archive, allowing file creation or overwrite outside the intended temporary directory; symlink-based NTLM disclosure additionally requires administrator privileges or Developer Mode.
