Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Secure Kernel Mode allows local users to elevate privileges on affected Microsoft Windows releases. Microsoft identifies a heap-based overflow in Secure Kernel Mode but has not published the affected function, input path, or incorrect memory operation. A low-privileged local account can exploit the flaw without user interaction to gain SYSTEM privileges and take full control of the affected host.
