Privilege escalation via PSM extension use-after-free

Use-after-free in Microsoft Windows Resource Manager PSM Service Extension allows local users to elevate privileges on affected builds. Microsoft maps the flaw to use-after-free and improperly locked sensitive memory in that extension but discloses no affected function or object lifecycle.
