Authenticated code execution via shortcode file inclusion

Local file inclusion in tagDiv Composer 4.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through a crafted shortcode. The td_block_title shortcode uses its block_template_id attribute as a local include target, allowing an attacker-selected server file to be loaded. Contributor-level access is sufficient; arbitrary PHP execution additionally requires an uploadable PHP file, while inclusion can expose sensitive data.
