Local privilege escalation through undisclosed access-control flaw

Improper access control in Microsoft Windows File Explorer allows local users to elevate privileges on affected Windows Server builds. Microsoft has not published the affected code path or the incorrect access-control operation performed by File Explorer. Exploitation requires existing low-privilege local access and grants elevated privileges within the same security authority.
