SYSTEM file modification via redirected data paths

Link following in Microsoft Azure Monitor Agent before 1.30.0 allows local users to modify or delete files as SYSTEM. The Windows agent performs privileged file operations in its data folder without rejecting filesystem redirections, allowing an attacker-controlled path to redirect the operation. A low-privileged local account and control of a redirected path are required; exploitation changes or removes files but does not disclose their contents.
