Elevation of privilege in Microsoft Azure CycleCloud before 8.6.2 allows remote authenticated users with the User role to gain Administrator access. Microsoft has not published the affected component or the incorrect authorization operation that accepts the User role's request. Network access and an authenticated User-role account are required; successful exploitation grants Administrator privileges over the CycleCloud instance.
