Unauthenticated code execution via IPv6 integer underflow

Remote code execution in Microsoft Windows TCP/IP allows remote attackers to execute code by repeatedly sending crafted IPv6 packets. The IPv6 packet-processing path in tcpip.sys underflows an integer while handling crafted packet sequences, causing memory corruption. Any IPv6-enabled affected host is reachable without authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation grants arbitrary code execution.
