Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Imaging Component allows remote authenticated users to execute code by uploading a malicious TIFF file. Microsoft identifies the flaw during TIFF image processing but has not published the faulty routine or bounds operation. Low-privileged server access sufficient to upload the file is required; exploitation executes code in the affected image-processing context.
