HTML injection in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 and 11.1 allows remote authenticated users to render arbitrary HTML via a crafted link. Esri has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the input-neutralization failure that causes the crafted link to render HTML. Exploitation requires a signed-in attacker and a victim click; Esri reports no stateful change or customer-data rendering.
