Open redirect in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 11.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to send victims to arbitrary websites via crafted URLs. Esri has not disclosed the affected endpoint or parameter, but the portal accepts an attacker-selected redirect destination without validation. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted link, enabling phishing redirects without reported direct changes to portal data or availability.
