Reflected XSS in Esri Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise Experience Builder 11.1 and earlier allows attackers to execute browser scripts. Esri identifies Experience Builder as the affected locus but does not disclose which request input is reflected or how output encoding fails. Exploitation requires a victim to open a crafted link, after which injected script executes within the victim's browser context.
