NTLM credential disclosure via UNC validation bypass

Information disclosure in Microsoft Windows allows remote attackers to capture NTLM credentials through a crafted theme file. Windows Themes passes an attacker-controlled resource path to PathIsUNC, whose UNC-path check can be bypassed, then initiates authenticated network access. Exposure requires the theme file to be viewed in Explorer and the referenced SMB host to be reachable; the consequence is disclosure of the user's NTLM credentials.
