Heap-based buffer overflow in the Windows Performance Data Helper library allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. Microsoft has not published the affected PDH function, malformed input, or memory operation that overruns the heap buffer. Exploitation requires high privileges and no user interaction, and successful abuse permits arbitrary code execution on the target system.
