Improper access control in Siemens SIMATIC RFID reader firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service without authentication. The Ajax2App creation path creates application instances without authenticating the request. Network access to an affected device is sufficient; the published impact is reduced availability, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
