Unauthenticated quiz access via unchecked finalize function

Missing authorization in Chained Quiz 1.3.2.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to answer quizzes restricted to logged-in users. The finalize() function processes quiz completion without checking whether the requester has the capability required by the quiz login restriction. No account or user interaction is required; the bounded impact is unauthorized submission of answers to access-restricted quizzes.
