Database compromise via unsanitized e-card recipient

SQL injection in Admidio before 4.3.9 allows remote authenticated users to compromise its database through a crafted e-card recipient value. In ecard_send.php, the ecard_recipients POST value enters a user-ID array without integer coercion and is concatenated into an SQL query. A member account is required; blind condition-, time-, or out-of-band payloads can read, alter, or delete database data.
