Server crash via unbounded in-memory repository clone

Resource exhaustion in Stacklok Minder before 0.0.52 allows remote authenticated users to crash the server by registering a repository. The Git provider's Git.Clone method accepts a user-controlled URL and clones the entire repository into memory without byte or file limits. A Minder account and an attacker-controlled large repository are required; memory exhaustion kills the server process without disclosed data access.
