Stored cross-site scripting in affected XWiki Platform versions allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript during attachment upload. The uploader's upload.js inserts the browser-supplied file.name into status spans and localized messages without HTML escaping. A victim with page edit rights must upload a conspicuously named file; the script runs only during that upload and can act with that victim's account.
