Historical file deletion via missing permission check

Improper access control in Nextcloud Server allows remote authenticated users to delete versions of read-only shared files. LegacyVersionsBackend::deleteVersion called Storage::deleteRevision without checking the requesting user's delete permission on the source file. A valid account and read-only share are required; deletion permanently removes selected historical versions while leaving the current file intact.
