Service disruption via initialization-time file deletion

Incorrect file permissions in ESET Windows security products allow local users to disable protection by deleting required files. During initialization after custom-path installation or a manual upgrade with an incomplete installer, required module files remain deletable until Self-Defense activates. Deleting them makes the product inoperable after the next reboot; automatic upgrades and full installers do not expose the window.
