Cross-user message takeover via unchecked note identifier

Broken access control in OpenEMR 7.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to read, edit, post, and delete other users' private messages. The message POST handler accepts an existing noteid without checking whether the caller owns or may access the referenced conversation. Any authenticated clinician-level account can enumerate note identifiers and take over private conversations, exposing and altering message data.
