Unauthorized donations via unchecked process_donation authorization

Missing authorization in Charitable 1.8.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit donations through restricted forms. The process_donation() function accepts donation submissions without adequately verifying that the selected form is authorized for use. No account is required, and the bounded impact is creation of unauthorized donation activity on forms intended to be inaccessible.
