Admin notice dismissal via missing nonce validation
Published Jan 2, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Apollo13Themes Rife Free 2.4.18 and earlier allows remote attackers to dismiss administrator notices. The apollo13framework_disable_ajax_notice() handler processes a forged state-changing request without valid nonce verification. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link, and the bounded consequence is dismissal of dashboard notices.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
