PHP code execution via progress_type file inclusion
Published Jul 2, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Local file inclusion in LA-Studio Element Kit for Elementor 1.3.8.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP files. The Progress Bar widget uses the untrusted progress_type attribute to select and include a local template file without limiting the value to known templates. Contributor-level access and a crafted post are required; execution is limited to PHP code in a file already present or uploadable on the server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=1.3.8.1
