Unauthenticated restricted-form submission via missing capability check
Published Nov 1, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Missing authorization in CRM Perks Forms 1.1.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to submit forms restricted to authenticated users. The post_form() function accepts unauthenticated submission requests without the capability check needed to enforce a form's logged-in-user restriction. A reachable restricted form is required, and exploitation creates an unauthorized submission rather than disclosing data or interrupting service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
