Low-privilege kernel IOCTL access via unpropagated ACL

Incorrect authorization in MSI Afterburner 4.6.6.16381 Beta 3 allows local users to access privileged RTCore64.sys IOCTLs. The driver creates its device with an administrator-only SDDL but omits characteristics that propagate the ACL through its namespace, so a trailing backslash opens the device. Low-privileged Windows access is required; successful bypass exposes IOCTL paths associated with kernel memory disclosure and system crashes.
