API secret disclosure via ImportXml external entities

XXE in Ivanti Endpoint Manager's provisioning web service before 2022 SU6 or the September 2024 update allows remote attackers to leak API secrets. The ImportXml method accepts a crafted XML document whose external-entity URI is fetched by the parser and embedded into the processed document. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation exposes stored credentials that enable further compromise.
