Browser script execution via Calendar Notes injection

Stored XSS in the Calendar function of Vanderbilt University REDCap 13.1.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in viewers' browsers. The Calendar function accepts a crafted payload in an event's Notes field, stores it, and later renders it as active content to a viewer. A standard authenticated account can plant the payload, but execution requires another user to view the affected event.
